Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Independent Contractor Status of Tutors

Tutors are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Tutor2Gether. We serve as a platform connecting students with tutors but do not directly provide educational services. We are not liable for any actions, conduct, or omissions of tutors.

Session Booking and Payment

Sessions are booked through the website at the rates set by tutors. Payments are processed via third-party providers. Users agree to abide by the terms of these payment processors. Cancellation and refund policies apply, and users must review them before booking.

Code of Conduct and Safety Policies

Tutoring sessions must take place in public locations as agreed upon between the tutor and student. All users must behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in account suspension or termination. When both tutor and student are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian should be informed or present.

Liability & Disclaimers

We do not guarantee the quality or effectiveness of tutoring sessions. Users assume all risks associated with in-person tutoring sessions. We are not liable for disputes between tutors and students.

Parental Consent & Responsibilities

Parents/guardians of minors are responsible for reviewing and approving tutoring arrangements. The Company is not responsible for any incidents that occur during tutoring sessions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Indiana.

Intellectual Property & Website Use

The content on this website is owned by Tutor2Gether and may not be copied or distributed without permission. Users may not engage in any activity that disrupts the website’s functionality.
